Futures Unwind Monday’s Gains In Overnight Trade

JGBS

JGB futures shed 14 ticks overnight, with weakness coming to the fore in the longer end of the U.S. Tsy curve as we moved through the U.S. session. This allowed the contract to unwind Monday’s gains, which were a product of the risk averse tone witnessed during Tokyo hours.

  • BoJ Rinban operations covering 1- to 10-Year JGBs headline the local docket on Tuesday.
