Gapped higher overnight

  • Bund has gapped back higher overnight, with the contract seeing mostly two way heavy flows this past three sessions, after gapping higher on Monday (post NFP) and lower on Tuesday (post ISM).
  • Small resistance moves down to 134.78, followed by 135.18 initially, while the small opening gap comes 134.17, ahead of support still unchanged at 133.77.
  • US IJC is the only notable data for the session, US Wholesales will be final reading.
