- PM having to defend his decision not to attend the C4 debate on climate change
last night. Cons say C4's replacement of PM with a block of ice was a
politically biased move.

published list of 60 questions for PM to answer. PM refuses to answer questions
on his family on radio phone-in and defends comments about single mothers from
1995 Spectator article.
- Johnson says by Jan 2021 Cons will introduce new state aid regime to allow
gov't to intervene in industry to protect jobs. 
- Lab launch 'regional manifestos' for England, LDems launch Scottish manifesto.
