German 10yr Yield remains elevated.

  • A tight 20 ticks overnight range for Bund, and the support noted around the 130.40 area Yesterday, held yesterday and this morning.
  • Today printed a 130.54 low so far.
  • Nonetheless, the German 10yr Yield remains elevated and close to the August high, led by the US, as Investors look for Powell to stay on the hawkish side on Friday.
  • The low volumes have also played their parts, and exacerbated some of the moves.
  • There's no tier 1 data for the session, out of the US, sees existing home sales and Richmond Fed, but not market moving.
  • ECB Current Account is due.
  • SUPPLY: UK 2033 linker, won't impact Gilt.
