GERMAN AUCTION PREVIEW: Germany will issue a new 0.0% Mar-22 Schatz on Tuesday

for E5bln.

- RV/HISTORY: Bunds have broadly rallied since January and the curve has bull

flattened as concerns about the virulence of the coronavirus have intensified

and triggered safe haven buying. The impact of the virus on global supply chains

in the coming months has started to concern policymakers and has in turn started

to feed through to monetary policy expectations. There has been little in the

way of headline-grabbing coronavirus updates on Monday, although the German ZEW

data (typically not market moving) for February will be published ahead of the

Tuesday Schatz auction at 1000GMT.
