Gilt/Bund spread test next resistance

  • BTP future has caught up with Bund, after the heavy Italian kept the lid on BTP, and the 10yr spread trades tighter, by 2.2bps this morning.
  • Despite the push higher in Futures, in turn lower Yield, the UK 10yr Yield is the highest of all the developed countries, back above New Zealand.
  • The Gilt/Bund spread now test the next immediate resistance at 193.40bps.
