- Short sterling futures are broadly flat with whites flat to 1.0 ticks higher. 
- The benchmark 5-year CDS continues to edge higher and currently reads 28.4bps.
- In the immediate aftermath of the UK government's Brexit contingency papers
being released, cabinet divisions are re-emerging. Secretary of State for
Leaving the European Union Dominic Raab downplayed fears of a no-deal Brexit,
while Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond warned that such a scenario
would create a Stg.80bn hole in the public finances.   
- The data calendar is light today with just housing finance data being released
at 0930 BST.
