GREECE: Greek debt spread to Germany falls 40bp today to 464bp, its lowest since
2014. 
- Yesterday, Eurogroup President, Dijsselbloem said that that the institutions
have reached a staff level agreement on policy conditionality for Greece's third
review. Basically, Greece must implement some 'prior actions', which have not
been publicly communicated but doing this will allow for a further disbursement
of E8.5bln of cash by ESM. As decision on the next disbursement might come at
the 22 January Eurogroup meeting.
