Schatz futures have been unable to mount any notable recovery off the 55-dma

which is coming into focus yet again. A close below here would trigger a bearish

reversal opening the Dec 21 low at 111.850. On the upside bulls look to target a

break above the 111.940 level marking the Jan 22,23 highs. A break above here

would shift the focus to the Jan 15 high at 111.995 ahead of the Jan 2 high at

112.015.
