expected, keeping claims near the recent trend.
- The 4-wk moving avg -750 to 241,500, and could fall further next week 
as the 252,000 level in the Nov 11 drops out.
- Seasonal factors had expected an increase of 103,974 in NSA claims. 
Instead, NSA claims +100,883 to 325,762, below the 351,580 level a year 
earlier.   
- Unadjusted claims in Puerto Rico +4,009 to 7,115 vs 3,106 prev, while 
Virgin Islands claims 161 vs 113 prev as filing still disrupted. 
- Continuing claims -52k to 1.908m in the Nov 25 week.
