INDIA: INR non-deliverable forward outrights improve on confirmation the RBI
will transfer around $24bln to the central government, with a Reuters source
adding that the government are likely to use the additional dividend from the
RBI to partly fund a fresh stimulus package for the Indian economy. INR 1m
forwards now printing 72.18, well below the day's highs of 72.66.
