Issuance Matters Eyed After Tight Overnight Session

AUSSIE BONDS

Futures operate around the lower boundaries of their respective overnight ranges, with YM -0.5 and XM -1.5, after a fairly lacklustre round of post-Sydney dealing.

  • Supply matters will be front and centre on Friday, with the AOFM coming to market with A$1.0bn of ACGB Nov '24 supply, which will be followed up by the release of next week's issuance schedule. Re: the latter, participants will eye the ACGB issuance profile, after this week's step up to A$2.5bn in coupon supply.
