JGBS
JGBS: JGB futures continue to stick within the recent range as we edge towards
the end of a fairly non-descript session in Tokyo.
- The contract last deals 4 ticks higher on the day, with the curve twist
steepening as the super-long end underperforms.
- Little reaction to local data, which came in the form of the latest round of
flash PMIs, while today's liquidity enhancement auction for off the run 5-15.5
Year paper provided little in the way of spill over.
- National CPI data and BoJ Rinban operations covering 1-10 Year paper headline
tomorrow's docket.
