  • Advance wholesales inventories fell slightly by 0.1% to USD633.7B in July from USD634.4B in June. Markets had expected inventories to fall by 0.9%.
  • Advance retail inventories rose by a much stronger-than-expected 1.2% (est -1.0%) to USD594.7B from USD587.8B in June.
