Leaning On Wider Flows

AUSSIE BONDS

Aussie bonds are leaning on the broader cross-market flows outlined previously, with little idiosyncrasies to trade off of. That leaves YM +6.0 & XM +10.5, just shy of their recently registered Sydney highs, with the former testing its overnight peak and the later through its overnight high. Wider cash ACGBs run 6.0-11.5bp richer as the curve bull flattens. EFPs are within 1bp of levels observed late in Tuesday’s Sydney trade.
