Libya to Increase Crude Exports to 16-Month High in Feb

Libya plans to export 31.3m bbl, equivalent to 1.08m b/d, of crude in Feb, according to the loading programme seen by Bloomberg.

  • This will be the highest daily volume since Oct. 2022 and compares to 28.41m bbl or 916k b/d in Jan.
  • Exports of Sarir/Mesla from Hariga will be 270k bd, compared to 181k b/d in Jan.
  • Amna/Sirtica exports from Ras Lanuf have been revised up from the provisional 3m bbl to 3.6m bbl or 124k b/d.
  • Exports of other grades are unchanged from the provisional loading programme.
