CHINA PRESS: Liquidity remains loose in the market, and this is expected to
extend to the first half of March, China Securities Journal reported Friday. 
 - The PBOC's targeted reserve requirement ratio cut for some banks and
Contingent Reserve Allowances both contributed greatly to the this money supply,
which is currently better than market expectations. 
 - The yuan's appreciation, both against the dollar and a basket of currencies,
may lead to more capital flow into China, also improving liquidity: market
