AUSSIE BONDS: Little notable reaction in the space to the latest NZ labour
market release from across Tasman after the space took the lead of Bunds then
Tsys on SYCOM.
- YM last trades 0.5 tick lower, with XM unchanged. YM/XM trades at 54.0 ticks,
with the cash equivalent at 49.9bp.
- Bills trade 1 tick lower to 1 tick higher through the reds, with the front-end
underperforming.
- Manufacturing PMI data and CoreLogic house prices headline the local docket
today. Also worth highlighting that the AOFM will sell A$900mn of ACGB 2.50% 21
May 2030 later today.
