Gilt futures traded higher Friday probing key resistance at 137.31, Mar 30 high.
While this is a bullish development, futures have also pulled back from that
day's high, defining an initial resistance at 137.45. A break of this level is
required to signal a resumption of strength and confirm a clear breakout of the
recent period of consolidation. This would open 138.00 and 138.15. The latter is
the Mar 12 high. Key support lies at 135.53, Apr 23 low.
