The bullish sentiment in global bond markets moderated somewhat in the Thursday
session, prompting 10yr futures to top out at the 124-31 mark. The key 125 level
remains first topside resistance and bulls will need to reclaim this level in
order to recharge upside momentum. A break above here is likely to accelerate
the move toward 125-26+ which represents the 50% retracement level of
134-07+-117-13+. Above here opens the 61.8% fibo at 127-26, ahead of the Sep 8
2017 high at 127-28+. Bears need a close below the Mar 22 low to stabilise the
outlook and open uptrend support at 123-05.
