10-Yr futures got a decent boost off a poor payrolls headline reading (a mere
20,000 jobs added), but momentum was lacking to stage a decent test on the 2019
highs at 123-17+. This pulled Treasuries back to the middle of the range and
keeps the short-term outlook neutral. For bears to regain control, they first
need to target the 50-dma at 122-05. Below here shifts the focus to the Jan 18
low and 38.2% retracement level at 121-02/01, ahead of the 100-dma at 120-20.
