The latest opinion poll from OpinionWay/Kea shows President Emmanuel Macron with 56% support to right-winger Marine Le Pen's 44%. This is the joint-widest lead recorded by the incumbent in an Opinionway poll since 21 March.

  • The polling trend in recent days has shifted towards Macron (see 1000BST bullet), with voters who backed other candidates in the first round largely shifting their support to Macron (with the exception of supporters of far-right candidate Eric Zemmour).
