CABLE: Market not knowing which way to turn this morning: after touching $1.3870
session lows alongside the European open, GBP/USD's now turned back to flat and
rallied a solid 40 pips from the lows on no major newsflow. Any progress beyond
overnight highs of $1.3919 will open up a move toward the 38.2% Fib level for
the $1.4008-1.3898 at $1.3940. Hourly resistance kicks in at $1.3955/65 before
Feb21 highs at $1.4008.
