*COMMENTARY: The sell-off Thursday lacked follow through with an aggressive

bullish hopes and below 97.795 to confirm focus on 97.675 2018 lows. Bulls
continue to look for a close above the 21-DMA to gain breathing room and above
97.965 to return focus to 98.017-038 where 100 & 200-WMAs are noted.
AUSSIE 10-YR TECHS: (U18) Bull Channel Base Supporting

*SUP 2: 97.2900 - Low June 18
*SUP 3: 97.2817 - 55-DMA
*SUP 4: 97.2693 - 100-DMA
*COMMENTARY: The daily bull channel base off May lows reconfirmed significance
Thursday with a bounce that maintained focus on 97.4000-4400 where 2018 highs
and the 100-WMA are noted. Bulls need a close above 97.4400 to confirm a break
of the 100-WMA (97.3609) and initially target 97.5000-5200. The 100-DMA is key
support this week. Bears need a close below the 100-DMA to shift focus back to
97.1632-1725 where the LT rising TL off 2008 lows is located.
US 10-YR FUTURE TECHS: (U18) Narrowed Bollis Hint At Breakout

*RES 1: 120-06+ Hourly support July 20 now resistance
*PRICE: 119-31+ @ 2130GMT
*SUP 1: 119-26+ Low June 26, Bollinger band base
*SUP 2: 119-24+ 100-DMA
*SUP 3: 119-19+ 55-DMA
*SUP 4: 119-13+ Low June 21
*COMMENTARY: The 119-26+ support confirmed significance with an aggressive
bounce that saw focus return to 120-20. Bulls failed to capitalise with pressure
back on 119-26+ to end last week. Bears continue to look for a close and below
119-26+ to confirm traction below the 21-DMA and initially pressure 119-13+/19+
where the 55-DMA is found. Bulls now look for a close above 120-06+ to gain
breathing room and above 120-20 to confirm focus on the key 121-03/12 region.
US 10-YR YIELD TECHS: Focus Back On 2.950
*RES 4: 2.985 - Hourly resistance June 13
*RES 3: 2.965 - Hourly support June 13 now resistance
*RES 2: 2.950 - High June 21
*RES 1: 2.922 - 55-DMA
*PRICE: 2.893 @ 2130GMT
*SUP 1: 2.880 - Hourly support July 20
*SUP 2: 2.860 - Hourly resistance July 20 now support
*SUP 3: 2.823 - Low July 16
*SUP 4: 2.807 - Low July 6
*COMMENTARY: Bulls take comfort in the failure to challenge the 2.807 support
last week and the rally and bullish close Friday that sees focus on 2.922-950
where the 55-DMA is this week. Bulls need a close above 2.950 to confirm
traction above 55 & 100-DMAs and pressure the key 3.014-050 resistance region.
Bears now look for a close below 2.880 to gain breathing room and below 2.860 to
pressure the key 2.807 support.
JGB TECHS: (U18) Bulls Need Close Above 150.60

*RES 3: 150.83 - Low July 19 now resistance
*RES 2: 150.74 - 200-DMA
*RES 1: 150.60 - Low June 14 now resistance
*PRICE: 150.49 @ 2130GMT
*SUP 1: 150.39 - Monthly Low Apr 26
*SUP 2: 150.36 - High Feb 1 now support
*SUP 3: 150.09 - 2018 Low Feb 2
*SUP 4: 149.85 - 200-WMA
*COMMENTARY: Topside hesitation ahead of the 151.02 level took its toll Friday
with a sharp sell-off and bearish close that sees immediate pressure on
150.36-39 and overall focus now on 149.85-150.09 where the 200-WMA and 2018 lows
are noted. Layers of resistance have been left in the wake with bulls needing a
close above 150.60 to gain breathing room and above the 200-DMA to shift focus
back to 150.83-151.02.
