MNI: *** Heads up that next Weds Sep 4 is set to be huge on the central bank

speaker front:

- Next ECB Pres Lagarde has a 2.5 hour session w European Parliamentary

committee; just as she finishes up, ECB Chief Econ Lane speaks in London.

- No fewer than 5 FOMC speakers on that day. Four of which are 2019 voters -

Williams, Bullard, Evans and Bowman, with Kashkari a 2020 voter.

- All but one of the Fed speakers - Bowman - are clearly doves.

- Williams hasn`t been heard from since the July 18 debacle just before the last

pre-FOMC blackout period when markets thought he was signalling a 50bps July cut

but the NY Fed rowed it back.

- Remember that the Fed Blackout period starts at the end of next week so this

could be the last chance for messages to get out ahead of Sep 18 FOMC decision.

-On top of that, BoE`s Carney speaks before the Treasury Select Committee, and

the Bank of Canada has a rate decision.
