  • The Senate yesterday followed the House of Representatives and voted in favour of legislation that will codify a tentative agreement between the Biden administration and rail unions to block a rail strike.
  • The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia has overturned a district judge’s decision to grant former President Trump a special investigator to oversee the documents seized by the Department of Justice during a search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.
