RBA: MNI STATE OF PLAY: Despite some downside risks for both inflation and
growth, the Reserve Bank of Australia is likely to maintain its glass-half full
approach and the outlook for further progress in reducing unemployment and
returning inflation to the target mid-point. Following the board meeting
Tuesday, the RBA is expected to leave the cash rate unchanged at 1.5% -- the
level prevailing since August 2016.
