Tsy futures getting wonky going into the close still an inside range day so far for month end -- but long end falling back to earlier lows

equities look like they are catching a bid right now:

- US 10-Yr yield is up 1 bps at 0.8471%

- US Mar 10Y are down 1.5/32 at 138-4.5
