US VIEW: MUFG interest rate strategist John Herrmann said Fed Chair Yellen at
10am ET speech "likely will emphasize:
- i. "Resilient economic and employment growth; 
- ii. "Continued moderate wage growth and inflation more broadly; 
- iii. "The need to start the Balance Sheet Normalization Program "relatively
soon" (i.e., announce it at the Sept. 19-20th Meeting); 
- iv. He adds that "likely, she will not provide a "start date" - due to the
significant chance of a government shutdown over the week of Oct. 2nd through
Oct. 5th) - and the FOMC will know "more" about that risk closer to the end of
the month of September;"
- v. "There is a risk that she says that "market valuations are elevated" -
