The presumed ICBM fired by North Korea this morning remains in the air and may land within Japan's exclusive economic zone, Japan's state broadcaster NHK reports citing the Ministry of Defence.
- Japan Coast Guard notes that the projectile is expected to fall around 11:20 JST around 210km off Hokkaido.
- North Korea conducted its previous ICBM test on November 3, triggering a civillian alert system in Japan, but it appeared to have failed.
