-Chrystia Freeland, main negotiator on USMCA with Trump administration, becomes
deputy PM.
-Parliament set to re-open Dec. 5 with Liberals holding minority of seats that
requires support of one of 3 opposition parties to pass confidence bills like
budgets. 
-Trudeau has said key priorities are household tax cut and building
government-owned Trans Mountain pipeline to move Alberta crude oil to overseas
markets.
