Nigerian Crude Oil Output Rose to Multi-Month High In October

Nigerian crude oil output rose to 1.35mbpd in October, the highest level since January 2022, while combined crude and condensate production dipped marginally on the month according to data from the country’s upstream petroleum regulatory commission.

  • Nigerian crude and condensate output in October stood at 1.56mbpd, down from 1.57mbpd in September.
  • The Bonny Light, Bonga and Amenam grades increased production on the month.
  • Bonny Light crude and condensate output rose to 4.56mn barrels in October, the highest since January 2022.
  • Bonga production rose to 4.3mn barrels in October, the highest since April 2020.
