North Dakota Oil Production Down 350-400k b/d

North Dakota’s oil production remains down around 350-400k b/d due to the recent cold weather impacting operations, according to the pipeline authority.

  • The lost output has been reduced compared to yesterday when production was down 500-550k b/d.
  • The production decrease peaked at around 650-750k b/d Jan. 17.
  • The state’s produced around 1.27m b/d in October, based on EIA data.
