North Sea BFOET Crude Loadings to Fall in October

The North Sea combined BFOET exports are set to fall to 565kbpd in October compared with 607kbpd in September according to the latest loading schedules. The decline is driven by a drop in loadings at Ekofisk with no cargoes planned for 1-10 Oct suggesting some September cargoes might be deferred into early October according to Bloomberg.

  • Brent: 2 cargoes in Oct vs 1 in Sep; 45kbpd down from 23kbpd
  • Forties: 8 cargoes vs 8; 181kbpd up from 187kbpd
  • Oseberg: 3 cargoes vs 3; 68kbpd up from 70kbpd
  • Ekofisk: 7 cargoes vs 11; 158kbpd up from 257kbpd
  • Troll: 5 cargoes vs 3; 113kbpd down from 70kbpd

Johan Sverdrup crude loadings are set to drop to 706kbpd in October from a record 778kbpd in September.
