US durable goods orders fall -2.0%, lowest level since May and below 
expectations for a +0.5% gain. Excluding transportation, new orders was 
unchanged. Defense capital goods down -35.6%, lowest level since 
February 2017. Transportation down -5.9%, with defense aircraft and 
parts orders down -72.7%. October durable goods orders revised down to 
+0.2% from +0.5%.
