NZ Data & Impending Syndication Pricing Keep Pressure On

AUSSIE BONDS

The combination of trans-Tasman impetus from a firmer round of NZ inflation expectations data and the pressure surrounding the impending pricing of the syndication of the new ACGB May-34 is keeping the pressure on Aussie bonds, with YM & XM registering fresh session lows in recent dealing. Cash ACGBs run 11.5-14.5bp cheaper across the curve, bear steepening.
