*Early trading saw dollar-yen bounce around in a Y112.40 to Y112.70 range. 
*Dollar-yen then pressed lower from around Y112.70 to Y112.46. Euro-yen sales
was the catalyst amid reports of Spanish riot police were using force to stop
the Catalan referendum
*Demand cited predominantly from Japanese Trust names then saw the dollar push
higher from around Y112.50 to Y112.91. Raised risk sentiment was the theme amid
upbeat China PMI release over the weekend and today's improving Tankan survey.
UST yields also underpinned, the benchmark 10-yr treasury yield up over 1.0% for
the session
*Consolidation then took hold, the pair held a Y112.78-Y112.86 range ahead of
the European open
*Supply is reported on an approach to Y113.00, with resistance then seen at
Y113.21 (Sep28 high), while Asia's low at Y112.40 provides initial support
