Off Lows On Wider Moves

AUSSIE BONDS

Aussie bonds are following the broader, albeit limited, gyrations in the wider core global FI markets and have retraced back above early Sydney levels after a brief show lower. That leaves YM -3.0 & XM -1.0, while wider cash ACGBs run 3bp cheaper to 2bp richer, twist flattening, with a pivot around 15s. Bills run flat to -5 through the reds, bear flattening.

  • Next week’s AOFM issuance slate is pretty vanilla, with ACGB Apr-25 & ACGB May-32 on offer.
