OI Points To Mix Of Net Short Cover & Long Setting In SONIA Futures

STIR

Yesterday's uptick in most SONIA futures and OI data points to net short cover in the whites, with net long setting in the reds, greens and blues.

  • The rally extended a little further on today's CPI data, although the move was relatively modest given still elevated levels of services CPI.
  • Tomorrow's BoE decision provides the next domestic risk event of note.
