PEPP Buys Hit One-Year High

ECB

ECB net asset purchases picked up last week to E31.9bn from E28.6bn the prior week, with PEPP purchases accelerating to the most in just over a year at E24.3bln vs E19.4bln the previous week. PSPP buys also picked up to E7.6bln (vs E6.0bln the prior week), helping offset slowdowns in the other categories of net purchases (Covered bonds, CSPP and ABS).
