UK: PM Boris Johnson confirms that the gov't will repeal the Fixed-Term
Parliaments Act 2011, which resulted in the gridlock of parliament before the 12
December general election.
- Without the FTPA, the PM will be able to call elections at their own
discretion, with a maximum term limit of five years.
