POLAND: NBP Says Planned 2025 Budget Limits Room For Rate Cuts

- In comments to the 2025 budget, the NBP's MPC says that the general government deficit to GDP ratio will be close to 6% this year, compared with 5.7% seen in the updated budget draft.
- According to Bloomberg, the central bank says that the structural deficit may remain at a very high level next year, and reducing it would be desirable.
- As a result, the planned budget limits room for interest rate cuts.
