Poland to Stop Receiving Russian Oil via Druzhba Pipeline

RUSSIA
  • Poland said that it has stopped receiving oil from Russia via the Druzhba pipeline. The impact on the overall supply of oil should be limited, as Russian crude accounted for just about 10% of Polish imports, with Warsaw gradually reducing its dependence on Russian commodities since Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. Russia’s Transneft has said that flows to Poland have been stopped as the relevant shipment orders have not been completed.
  • Moscow Exchange will start trading futures on TRY/RUB and HKD/RUB trading pairs, according to a statement by the exchange cited by Bloomberg. Contracts with settlement in June, September and December 2023 and March 2024 will be available.
