FED: Powell in Princeton talk says Fed is "not close to any limits" to what it

can do and still has the "authority to react" to economic damage from a second

wave of Covid-19. More worried about hit to confidence and a "significantly

longer" recovery if there's a second wave. 

- Inflation risks are to the downside, will see weak data for a while

- Balance sheet "can't go to infinity" but "I'm comfortable with where we are

now and the path we're on" and don't see risks to inflation or financial

stability
