Pressured, Q2 Inflation Expectations On Tap

  • AUD/NZD is ~0.2% firmer, the pair found support ahead of $1.06 yesterday and continues its recovery from month to date lows. Bulls target 20-Day EMA at $1.0719.\
  • NZ Finance Minister Robertson noted this morning that now is not the time for inflationary tax cuts, the NZ budget is next week.
