Putin Delivers Annual Address, Speaks On Ukraine & Security

President Vladimir Putin is delivering his annual address to the Federal Assembly (livestream in English here). Putin claims that an "absolute majority of Russians support the 'special military operation' in Ukraine." Says that "we will not allow anyone to interfere into our domestic affairs". Putin: "The West seeks to weaken Russia from within".

• Claims that "our military has gained collosal combat experience...Our military has got the initiative in Ukraine, is liberating new territories."
• Putin: We will do everything to end the conflict, to solve the tasks of the 'special military operation."
• Putin:: "Strategic forces are combat ready...Kinzhal complex is being used to hit important targets...Tests of Burevestnik, Posideon have been wrapping up. We will deomnstrate sarmat missiles at their combat duites."
• Putin: "Russia is ready for a dialogue with US on strategic stability....US is at the same time trying to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia...There are baseless acccusations aginst Russia over attempts to delopy weapons in space...US statement on readiness for talks on strategic stability is demagoguery."
• Putin: "We understand the West is trying to involve us in an arms race, as seen in 1980s with the Soviet Union."
• Putin: "We have to make sure our western flank is protected...particularly with regard to the expansion of NATO to Sweden and Finland....NATO are operating in other parts of the world, they continue to lie and decieve."
