Russian October Gas Output Rose 8.5% YoY

Russian natural gas output rose by 8.5% year on year in October to 58.5bcm, according to Bloomberg calculations based on data from the nation’s Federal Statistics Service.

  • Russian gas production in January-October this year was at 518.1bcm, 7.4% below last year’s levels.
  • October LNG output fell by 1.1% on the year to 3mn tons. January-October LNG production fell by 4% on the year to 26.6mn tons.
