Russian Pipeline Gas Exports To Europe Hit All-Time Low

Pipeline natural gas exports from Russian to Europe have declined by around 30% in January month-on-month amid falling spot prices according to Reuters calculations.

  • Russian gas exports via Ukraine and the TurkStream pipeline to Europe fell to around 1.8bcm in January, down from 2.5bcm in December, a new all-time low, Reuters calculations show.
  • Gazprom's daily reports on its transit via Ukraine, Gazprom's average daily gas supplies to Europe have declined to 58.1mcm this month, from 81.9mcm in a month earlier.
