Saudi May Reduce Arab Light OSP to Asia Again in Feb

Saudi Aramco may reduce the official selling price of Arab Light crude to Asia for February by 1.69$/bbl according to a Bloomberg survey of four traders and refiners.

  • The reduction would bring the OSP differential to the Oman-Dubai benchmark down to the lowest since Nov 2021 at 1.56$/bbl from 3.25$/bbl in Jan.
  • The Arab Light OSP to Asia has been gradually reduced in recent months down from a record 9.8$/bbl differential in September.
