Senior Official-Ukraine Had Nothing To Do w/Kremlin Drone Strike

Wires carrying comments from a senior Ukrainian presidential official stating that 'Ukraine has nothing to do with drone strike on Kremlin'. Official: 'Attacking Kremlin achieves nothing, changes nothing on battlefield....Such actions would provoke Russia to take more radical actions'.
